1. Flying Whales signs cargo airship materials contract
French-Canadian airship company Flying Whales has signed a contract with Finnish firm Excel Composites for 75km of pull-wound fibre tubes. The strong and lightweight materials will play an important role in development of the LCA60T cargo airship, which could begin operating by the end of 2027.
