Her consultancy, The Care Machine, works with early-stage innovators to develop medical technology and devices. Helen is an accomplished public affairs specialist, delivering consultation and thought leadership to UK Government, industry, and the public sector on engineering in healthcare and its contribution to society. She is Chair of the IMechE’s Biomedical Engineering Division and a past Trustee, member of the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Healthcare Policy Topic Group and the host of the IMechE’s engineering podcast, Impulse to Innovation.
Angela designs and delivers sustainability initiatives for start-ups, SME’s and corporates. She works with a core focus on innovation, engagement and the value of design for business, products and services. Angela brings disruptive thinking and game changing ideas to organisational strategy with operational efficiency. She is a Board Director at OBN, Resident Innovation Coach at Oxford University Innovation, Board Advisor at Chatsworth Schools Group and member of the Q Community, The Health Foundation.
