Our primary goal in collecting personal information from you is to: (i) verify your identity; (ii) help us improve our services and develop and market our services; (iii) carry out requests made by you on the Site; (iii) to enable our sponsors/partners to communicate with you directly about their products and services (iv) investigate inquiries; (v) comply with any applicable law, court order, other judicial process, or the requirements of a regulator; (viii) provide support for the provision of our Services; and (ix) use as otherwise required or permitted by law.
Client enquiries and services
Our Site deploys user facing data capture to allow you to request information about our services and to register for an account on Engineering Futures: including electronic contact forms and telephone enquiry options. Contact information will be requested when you are making enquiries or setting up a profile, together with details of other personal information that is relevant to your enquiry. This information is used in order to enable us to respond to any request and/or contact you with information and notices related to your use of our services and the Site.
Who do we share your personal information with for this purpose?
Outside of direct data processing internally, the only third-parties who might receive your personal information would be a fixed list of relevant specialist partners. You can opt-out of sharing this information at point of registration for any given event or asset download on Engineering Futures.
