Harvey Leach is a Chartered Engineer and spent the first 27 years of his career in the Automotive Industry with Rover Group and BMW Group. He held a variety of roles in research, product development, new product planning, production control, manufacturing strategy and business planning.
This broad experience gives him ‘end-to-end’ experience of product development and production from a range of perspectives, which he now applies to his current work as a consultant, trainer and coach to help organisations improve their processes and encourage cross-functional collaboration to deliver high quality products and services.
