Mat is part of Innovate UK KTNs Industrial Technologies and Manufacturing Team, covering photonics and advanced manufacturing. He began his career in defence science with the Defence Research Agency (now QinetiQ), moving from applied research to project management and business development in a variety of roles in industry and academia. In IUK KTN, Mat helps companies to grow by developing collaborations, supporting the innovation process, and enabling access to funding and finance.
