Tom Festa is a MBA-qualified Chartered Engineer who has worked and led Vehicle Projects for MINI BMW for over 20 years.
Most notably Tom, by adopting ‘design for manufacture’ principles, developed the integration concepts and subsequent development of MINI’s New Electric vehicle into the existing factory assembly lines.
Now an Engineering Management consultant who lectures at Oxford Brookes University (Engineering Mgmt Ethics and Sustainability) and is a trainer for the IMechE.
